Return and Exchange Policy:
Ritzy Baby will be more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed merchandise. We do ask that you return the product within 14 days and the product must be in original condition with all packaging and original tags in place in order to ensure that you receive full credit, less shipping charges. Any merchandise that is not in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All sales are final if not postmarked within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges made must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when sending back your product. Please try on your Ritzy Baby product when it arrives to make sure you are satisfied with the product and the fit. We will happily accept exchanges within 14 days of order date.
