Terms and Conditions:

The $25 gift certificate winner will be chosen by random monthly drawing. The winner will be notified by e-mail on the last day of the month. Non-winning entrants will not be notified. The $25 gift certificate is good only on products purchased on www.ritzybaby.com, and is not redeemable for cash. For purchases of less then $25, the difference will be retained as store credit, not refunded as cash.
Submission of the survey does not guarantee inclusion in the focus group. Applicants will receive a phone call for more information and the final decision based on their responses and contingent upon signing a confidentiality and affiliation document.
Anyone who works for, owns, is related to or otherwise in close personal contact with any Ritzy Baby competitor is not eligible to participate in either the $25 gift certificate drawing or the focus group.
