A. Ritzy Baby loves to surprise you with super fast shipping. Each item has a ship date on the product page. If we have it in stock and you want it then we are going to ship it out within 24 hours. Every once in a while we may run out of an item and not have time to update the website. If that happens you will be notified of an approximate ship time for your item via email. If you requested Express shipping then we will contact you via phone to let you know if an item is out of stock so that you will know in case it is a gift. We will do everything we can to get your item to you in a timely manner. We try to honor any requests that are made. Please refer to individual item for specific ship times.
Q. How do I care for my Ritzy Baby product?
A. Most products sold at Ritzybaby.com are washer and dryer friendly, however, some items may need special care. Because we are doing our part to be eco-friendly, we do not offer paper care instructions unless directly requested by you. We prefer to email them to you! Please let us know if you need specific instructions for a certain product. You will find care tags sewn on all products to refer to as well.
Q. What shipping method is used and can I track my package?
A. Each item is shipped with different carriers, but rest assured we always have a tracking number on hand to ensure a complete and speedy delivery. If you would like a tracking number for your order and did not receive it via email simply drop us an email or specify in your order. If you placed your order through the Ritzy Baby website then you will receive an approximate ship time once your order is received by us. Then, once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number as well.
Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. Ritzy Baby accepts the following cards as payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
You can also check out using your PayPal account.
You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer to call us to place your order then we will be more than happy to take your order via phone. Please contact us anytime at 1-877-893-0313. If it is after our normal business hours then we will kindly return your call as soon as possible. Normal business hours are M-F 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST
Q. I have an online store do you drop ship?
A. Yes, we do drop ship for online boutiques. However, due to internet saturation and to keep all of our online boutiques satisfied customers we limit our number of drop ship accounts. We do also require all drop ship accounts to open with a small opening order of 150.00. You may use this 150.00 as a credit towards your future drop ship orders or you may order stock. Please contact us
if you are interested in becoming an online drop ship account and we will send you an application.
Q.Do you accept returns?
A.Ritzy Baby will be more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed merchandise.
We do ask that you return the product within 10 days and the product must be in original condition with all packaging and original tags in place in order to ensure that you receive full credit, less shipping charges. Any merchandise that is not in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All sales are final if not postmarked within 10 days of purchase. All exchanges made must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when sending back your product. Please try on your Ritzy Baby product when it arrives to make sure you are satisfied with the product and the fit. We will happily accept exchanges within 10 days of order date. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchange instructions. Please note if an item is purchased at one of our retail locations it will need to be returned to that retail establishment for proper credit. Ritzy Baby is not responsible for refunds or exchanges made at other retail establishments. Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
Q. Do you have fabric available for purchase?
A. Yes, we do offer all of our fabrics for sale by the yard. Most fabrics are $8.00 per yard and are 45" goods. Please contact us (link to contact form) if you are interested in purchasing fabric from us.
