Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 3-5 days. If your item states that it will ship today then we will ship your order that very same day if your order is placed no later than 2pm CST. Please note insurance is optional on all orders. We do not provide insurance unless you request it. Once a package is released to the post office it is not our responsibility if it is lost. We do encourage you to purchase insurance on your order.
If you place an order for UPS overnight or ground please take into consideration that orders placed after 2PM CST will not ship out until the following day. Most of our products are hand sewn and or painted at the time your order is placed so please remember to take this into consideration when requesting overnight shipping. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate. If you contact us and make special overnight requests and we have the item in stock then we are happy to get your order out overnight, but special arrangements have to be made.
Shipping cost to Canada is $24 per order for a car seat, and will be billed to your charge card seperately. We would appreciate rush requests to be called in at 1-877-893-0313 or emailed to us at email@example.com. We may not always be able to get your package out overnight, but if we can we will be happy to work it out for you.
We are also very happy to ship Internationally for you. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Most infant/toddler car seat cover orders to Australia cost app $35.00 to ship. For other quotes we are more than happy to respond via email.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it subject to:
Ritzy Baby does not accept exchanges or returns on any custom orders. Custom orders are made specific to your requests and cannot be returned.
Shipping times on custom orders are quoted on a daily basis and are not always exact. We do our best to get your custom order to you in a timely manner, but sometimes we do get behind. Please be patient with us and know that your custom goods are all being sewn lovingly by hand and we do pride ourselves on our Ritzy Baby quality. We do not want to rush an order out that is not absolutely perfect in all areas. At Ritzy Baby we know that you pay top dollar for custom items and we want you to receive exactly what you pay for.
Ritzy Baby does not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discontinued items.
Ritzy Baby will be more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed merchandise.
We do ask that you return the product within 10 days and the product must be in original condition with all packaging and original tags in place in order to ensure that you receive full credit, less shipping charges. Any merchandise that is not in original condition or that is a custom request and returned will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All sales are final if not postmarked within 10 days of purchase. All exchanges made must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when sending back your product. Please try on your Ritzy Baby product when it arrives to make sure you are satisfied with the product and the fit. We will happily accept exchanges within 10 days of order date. We do not accept returns on discontinued sale items or customs. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchange instructions. Please note if an item is purchased at one of our retail locations it will need to be returned to that retail establishment for proper credit. Ritzy Baby is not responsible for refunds or exchanges made at other retail establishments.
Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Missouri address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
