Delivery Time:
Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 1-2 days. If your item states that it will ship today then we will ship your order that very same day if your order is placed no later than 3pm CST. If you place an order for UPS overnight or ground please take into consideration that orders placed after 3PM CST will not ship out until the following day. Some of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it subject to:
Ritzy Baby will be more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed merchandise.
We do ask that you return the product within 10 days and the product must be in original condition with all packaging and original tags in place in order to ensure that you receive full credit, less shipping charges. Any merchandise that is not in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All sales are final if not postmarked within 10 days of purchase. All exchanges made must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when sending back your product. Please try on your Ritzy Baby product when it arrives to make sure you are satisfied with the product and the fit. We will happily accept exchanges within 10 days of order date. We do not accept returns on discontinued sale items or customs. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact us at customerservice@ritzybaby.com for exchange instructions. Please note if an item is purchased at one of our retail locations it will need to be returned to that retail establishment for proper credit. Ritzy Baby is not responsible for refunds or exchanges made at other retail establishments.
Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Oklahoma address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
